company established to provide professional services to
individuals and their families dealing with an illness, injury,
or disability. Our services allow an individual to remain in
their Mexico home with optimal home care, comfort and
oversight.
Bahia Home Care provides home care
services along the coast of Nayarit on the Bay of Banderas from
Puerto Vallarta northwards, including Nuevo Vallarta, Mezcales,
Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, and
San Francisco/San Pancho.
A registered Nurse from the
US, with experience in both home care and hospice
services will come to your home, the hospital, or work
with you over the phone or internet to determine your needs and
wants and then develop a Personalized Care
Plan.
This can be as simple as
finding personal care givers, teaching care techniques,
arranging daily phone or personal contact or assistance with
finding necessary equipment. It can also mean recommendations
for home modifications to increase safety or allow for
accessibility due to changes in mobility.
