Costs
Bahia Home Care will determine the costs based on the Personalized Home Care plan and a weekly rate will be determined based on the services agreed upon. This will be paid prior to the initiation of services and will be renegotiated weekly or bi-monthly based on the situation and the needs of the client. Specialized contracts will be possible for specialized situations.
Bahia Home Care keeps the costs as low as possible and are based on the cost of providing services in Mexico and not in the US/Canada.
It can be anticipated that the first week of services will be the most expensive, since this will be the time of establishment of services, but each case is different and the services needed, can vary dramatically.
Bahia Home Care will not bill insurance companies but can provide the documentation for the client to be reimbursed.
US Medicare and Medicaid do not pay in Mexico but numerous long term care insurances will pay for personal care services anywhere in the world.
